Individual Therapy
Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression, including chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and mood-related concerns that impact daily functioning. Therapy focuses on helping clients understand how anxiety and depression affect emotional regulation, thought patterns, and the nervous system, while developing practical coping strategies to reduce distress and improve stability.
I also provide women’s mental health–informed care, supporting women through challenges related to identity, burnout, boundaries, relational stress, and life-stage transitions. This includes a nuanced understanding of how social, relational, and biological factors can influence mental health.
As an LCDC, I offer integrated treatment for individuals experiencing substance use concerns alongside mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, or trauma-related distress. Care is nonjudgmental and individualized, and may include harm-reduction or recovery-oriented approaches depending on client needs and goals.
My therapeutic approach draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, psychodynamic therapy, and strengths-based frameworks. Treatment emphasizes emotional regulation, nervous system support, and sustainable skill-building rather than quick fixes.
